The façade showcases a sophisticated interplay of natural stone and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass panels, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. These glass elements not only flood the interiors with natural light but also offer panoramic views.

A central feature of the outdoor area is the swimming pool, bordered by a deck furnished with modern loungers and seating arrangements, ideal for relaxation and entertainment.
